One sentence on who you are — independent investor, RIA, family office, broker, fund — and roughly how many properties or what asset class you're focused on. We tailor the response.
Whether you're evaluating the platform, asking about a specific market or submarket, or proposing a custom analytical engagement, the more specific the better. "How do you handle Sun Belt exit cap stress?" earns a much better answer than "tell me more."
If you're stuck on a specific deal — underwriting question, sensitivity issue, refinance stress, market call — share the rough numbers and the question. We treat inbound deal questions as informal research, not sales calls.
Platform access. AtlasTerminal is in private beta. To request access, the fastest path is the "Request early access" button — but email works too. Beta access is free.
Custom research engagements. We selectively take on custom analytical work for funds, family offices, and serious independent investors. Send the brief and we'll respond within a few days with scope and timeline.
